Of The Month ***March***
THERE'S
ALWAYS HOPE
Have
you ever said "it's hopeless!"
Sometimes as we
look at a particular situation or on-going problem it's very easy
for those words to roll off our tongue. Things may seem as if they
will never change, but that needn't be the case. I love the way
that God can completely transform a situation.
Whatever
you are facing, look to God and keep believing that things will
get better. God can step in and move suddenly ...... I
like that!
Never give in. Your
breakthrough could be nearer than you think.
In
Isaiah 57 v 10 we read..........
You were
wearied by all your ways, but you would not say "It is
hopeless"
You found
renewal of your strength, and so you did not faint.
You
may be feeling so weary but refuse to quit and say "It's
hopeless!". There is always hope. Keep looking to God and
believe that He will work everything out. There's no need to faint
under the pressure as He will renew your strength.
In
Luke chapter 8 we read about a man called Jairus who had a 12 year
old daughter who was extremely ill. The Bible says that she
"was dying". Jairus was desperate for a miracle and so
he pleaded with Jesus to come to his home. Jesus agreed to Jairus'
request but they got delayed by a lady who also needed her
miracle. Eventually, a messenger came from Jairus' home and spoke
these words......."Your daughter is dead......don't bother
the teacher any more".
I'm
sure you will agree that if ever a situation seemed hopeless, this
one did. Do you know what happened next? Before Jairus could say a
word, Jesus spoke and he said....."Don't be afraid, just
believe, and she will be healed".
Before Jairus had
the chance to react to the terrible news, JESUS SPOKE. Jairus
could have begun to weep, wail, shout or scream......but JESUS
SPOKE RIGHT INTO WHAT SEEMED LIKE A HOPELESS SITUATION.
When
you are faced with a crisis, allow Jesus to speak. His words are
powerful and true.
Jairus
was about to witness a miracle. Life returned into his dead
daughter when Jesus spoke............. wow!
There
is hope for your situation too. Believe that and NEVER GIVE UP.
